Wedding Photography at Bunchrew House

Phimister Photography is a family run business situated in Kirkhill near Inverness in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and just four miles from Bunchrew House Hotel. We have been established for almost 20 years photographing weddings throughout the Highlands and Islands and beyond.

Bunchrew House is set within 20 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens and woodland on the shores of the Beauly Firth near Inverness. They are ideally suited to wedding photography with views across the Beauly Firth to Ben Wyvis and the Black Isle.

There are many sheltered areas and indeed many summer weddings are conducted outside, under the Cedar of Lebanon tree opposite the front entrance. This tree is known locally as the ‘Loving Tree’ and it is said to bring good luck to couples who wed beneath it's branches. This tree was planted before the Battle of Culloden of 1745.

Over the years we have photographed scores of weddings at Bunchrew and have come to know the grounds extremely well and have an excellent relationship with management and staff at the hotel.

We work quickly and efficiently to produce the photographs you want which can be formal or informal or a mixture of both. We aim to use pictures to tell the story of your day with a selection of memorable images which are ultimately supplied mounted in one of our extensive range of modern, quality albums.
